Located on top of the prestigious gated community of Pedregal, you can expect safety and security throughout your entire stay. This house has amazing views during the day and night, which can be seen from its incredibly spacious outdoor balcony.
The space
The villa is constantly filled with beautiful, natural light throughout the day, as well as views of bright blue skies and the blue ocean. El Pedregal, which translates to “The Rock” is an attractive community known for its magnificent houses and exquisite views!
Every room has a Wi-Fi extender to ensure strong connection throughout the villa. The main floor has an open concept, connecting the large marble and wood kitchen to the living room area. The large sliding windows allow for a full view of the city and the Sea of Cortez to give our guests the ultimate living experience. The dining room table has ample space for 10 people to enjoy each others company for at home dinners when dining together. The kitchen has a large marble island to make food prep enjoyable, entertaining and easy for everyone.
The large outdoor space has a large infinity pool, as well as plenty of sun beds – it’s the perfect area to lounge in the sun during the day or to watch some of the most amazing sunsets with a glass of wine.
Additionally, on the top floor balcony is a smaller lounge pool with glass walls on either side to help you capture that perfect photo!
All bedrooms have their own private, walk-in closets and their own bathroom. There are king size beds in all four bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms containing two of the king size beds. All have their own private balcony, once again with amazing views of the city and the Sea of Cortez.
